I think the best thing for you two to do would be to talk about it. Maybe you two started something. You said that you've been wanting to and keep in mind that she kissed you first. You can't help how you feel and you are both probably the same age, so there should be no problem. Just talk to her.

No, you are not a bad person !! I assume (yes, I k-n-o-w the breakdown of the word) from your query and activities that you are quite young.
Please do not let the people (who have embraced the life style of excluding 51% of the population (Men) from their lives) sway you to their ways. Yes, there is the thrill, fascination and yummy feelings of a heartfelt kiss; and the power of it. And, you can be attracted your friend and honor it; but you don't have to act on it. You and your friend can talk about these feelings and create a greater bond.
But, give yourself time to mature and sort out powerful feelings before committing to the path of 'girls' are for me.
You know, our 'heart' makes a picture of what is stimulating and exciting as a sexual object. But, if it (the heart) only is exposed to girls (and not to boys) it doesn't get a fair chance to decide.
So many lesbians have daddy issues...they either hate them too much or love them too much; and it poisons them.
So, take your time and be kind and loving toward yourself and don't leap headfirst into this particular 'sea'; for their are things in the 'sea' that can destroy you.

I don't think you are a bad person, but be careful. I personally do not believe God wants us in gay relationships. What you do is your buisness and I will not judge but know that it is between you and the Lord. There are scriptures that teach against this type of life style.

Doesn't mean you're bad. Doesn't mean you're necessarily gay (and if you are gay you're not bad either). A lot of people experiment. Just find someone to be with that loves you and respects you and you'll be happy.
If you're looking for support, there are Gay/Straight Alliances at many schools. But, no, you're not bad.
