Too many to count. I am taking the family in less than 3 weeks, and we can't wait. Here is the list of rides my kids and I have that are our favorites:

Magic Kingdom -
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Mtn. Railroad
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
Pirates of the Caribbean
The Haunted Mansion
The Hall of Presidents
Tomorrowland Speedway

Epcot -
Soarin'
American Adventure
Maelstrom (In Norway)
Spaceship Earth (not a great ride, but no trip is complete without a ride in the giant golfball)
Test Track
Innoventions
The Land
The Living Seas

MGM -
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
Aerosmith Rock 'N' Roller coaster
Star Tours
Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular
New Extreme Stunt Show
Muppet Vision 4-D

Animal Kingdom -
Kilamanjaro Safari
It's tough to be a bug
Expedition Everest
Dinosaur

Don't miss the nighttime fireworks displays and parades at Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, and MGM.

If you want more information on the rides and attractions, there are two sources that I recommend. First, go to the disneyworld website, I put the link below. You can make a list of favorites and see pictures and descriptions of each ride and attraction. Second, pick up the Birnbaum's guide to WDW. There are tons of guide books out there, but that one has been the one we liked the best. They also offer a guide For Kids by Kids. I also picked that one up so my kids can decide what rides and stuff they wanted to see.

Hope you have a great trip!

Just a hint to allow you to more fully enjoy your day. Start at the back of the parks first thing in the morning. Most people go to the rides that are nearest the front of the parks as soon as they reach those rides. The rides in the rear of the parks will be empty for the first hour or so and you can walk right on the rides. The same is true as people exit the park. They hit the rides on the way out so the farther away from the exit ,the more rides you will be able to get. Pick up a map or guide as you enter each park. Disney employees are GREAT on giving directions and information. Areosmith's Rock 'N Roller Coaster in Disney MGM is great

If you're going to go to ALL of the parks, you need to know a couple rides from each park.

Magic Kingdom:
Splash Mountain
It's a Small World (Only because it is a CLASSIC)
Pirates of the Caribbean (newly updated with Jack Sparrow)
The Haunted Mansion (be sure to check the mirror on your way out)

Epcot:
Test Track
Mission Space
Journey Through Imagination
The Norway Ride

MGM:
Tower of Terror
Rockin' Roller Coaster

Animal Kingdom:
Expedition Everest
The Kilimanjaro Safari

Don't miss Soarin' in Epcot, that is one of the best rides there if not the best. Also, Rockin' Rollercoaster is a really great ride. I wouldn't suggest Dinosaur in Animal Kingdom because it went too fast and neither my family or I could understand what was going on. Well have fun :)

Mine are: (Walt Disney international, the park I even have been to the main) omit- the old experience Into mind's eye (somewhat consider it yet i cherished it) in case you Had Wings (whether i like the experience they replaced it with. Mr. Toad's Wild experience 20,000 leagues below the sea (it grow to be cheesy yet relaxing) Skyway. extra Terrorestial bump into nutrients Rocks wish i could ridden-- Adventures in inner area Horizons wish could be replaced-- stitch's super get away, (perhaps no longer replaced yet i think of this grow to be a poorly designed experience. i recommend, stitch is a favortie of sons and daughters and it happens fairly much thoroughly at nighttime. sons and daughters are many times afraid of the dark. they did no longer think of of their objective audiece) Tiki Room below New administration, i cherished the unique song extra appropriate. they'd have added the recent characters and saved the old song. Snow White- they must known because it the wicked Witch experience for the reason which you notice her better than the different character. perhaps replace or upload extra animatronics.

The Tower of Terror was my favorite and I loved the Rockin Rollercoaster. You also have to see the show Fantasmic, its amazing!!! It is by far the #1 thing we did in our 8 days at Disney.
