if you got a ontario car tag and drivers licence yes you can
but you need bouth i live in tupelo mississippi and if i got pulled over and had ms tag and tn licence i would get a ticket for out of state licence or vice ver etc hope this helped

Yes, it's legal. You can drive anywhere once you have your full license. If we couldn't then we'd have a really difficult time getting around when we go on vacations.
