Laroche and Byrnes are the two better players in the deal
Laroche hit 30+ HRs last year and he's definitely a player on the rise... Byrnes hit 25 HRs and stole 25+ bases last year - hardly any other players put up those numbers...
Nick Johnson always gets hurt and does not put up good fantasy numbers... and although Willingham is good - he's still really young and strikes out too much

I would. Assuming you are getting Laroche and Byrnes. I'm not that high on Nick Johnson. He seems to be a bit over rated. The only thing he really brings is power. Willingham, I don't know much about except he is a catcher and good players at that position come at a premium. Byrnes brings you some speed although he is very, very streaky with the bat and Laroche is a great all around hitter. I also believe he moved to the outfield which gives you double playability at 1B if your league allows that. Good luck!!!

yes beacuse eric byrnes is a good Running Back that puts up goood yardage and Adam Laroche is just good and is from Milauke

i like laroche and byrnes but giving up willingham aint worth it in my book. in most leagues byrnes is a free agent... but honestly its a pretty fair trade if you feel you need these guys then do it it cant hurt you tremendously.
