I think that all of you that are defending President Bush, should volunteer into the Army and go fight for what you believe in. Go as a group, then when one of the group dies, or is crippled for life, come back, if you can, and tell us how brave he was dying for a cause only President Bush wants!
Don't you all think it is hypocrisy to try to FORCE people into another way of life that includes FREEDOM OF CHOICE? It's perfectly apparent that the people of Iraq were happy with a Dictatorship, rather than a Democracy.
And, Hitler WAS the cause of the second world war. Whomever is denying that is under their own misconception. Actually, most of the answers I am reading is a bunch of bunk! The only thing wrong with putting down the president is that it gives ammunition to the opposing people. That hurts us. But it's a dilemma we must resolve.
When things go wrong in a battle, sometimes you have to pull back and reassess other options. That's not a surrender, it's intellegent warfare.

well what i think...
quit smoking pot and take a look at the real situation...
and aside from the popular misconception the war in iraq is not for revenge or oil... as much as people keep saying it is they are just plain wrong..
im not saying that those aren't strong motivating factors but it isnt the reason for the war. only fools draw simple conclusions like those.
the same fools who say hitler started ww2... or that he caused it to exterminate the jews... stupid misconceptions that are spread by ignorance and misinformation. im not supporting hitler but if we look at why he really got involved, it was for a great many reasons.
please stop being so close minded about world politics, and when you see someone else as close minded and "bush is evil" crap how bout you ask them to really think about all the little things which go on which actually do influence the greater picture. maybe then you will start to realize that there are no easy answers, no easy solutions and its not nearly as simple as you think.

He is doing the right thing. Protecting you and your freedom is not crappy and in no way has anything to do with revenge. I think a lot of people underestimate the threat to America. And by the way, it is obvious that you have taken a side on this issue.

He's not doing this for his father. He's not doing this for oil.
Saddam refused to let UN weapons inspectors in for like 10 yrs and gassed the Kurds with Sarin gas - which by the way is a WMD.
I believe he's doing the right thing.
The troops over there are not killing anything that moves. They have very strict requirements before they can even fire.

So Kim I guess you are looking forward to wearing a burqa, the genital mutilation surgery, the lose of all rights as a human being, the bowing to mecca five times a day, taking your daughters out of school and having them sold to the highest bidder. Enjoy your revenge for the father fantasies, we adults will save you from the fate you deserve

You are completely wrong and need to stop listening to the liberals.
We went into Iraq to enforce the 17 UN resolutions that were not enforced. We had to do this because Saddam had the facilities to make WMD's and after 9-11, we could not risk it.
