I got my period yesterday. It wasn't much, just a stain. Now it's EVERYWHERE, so I need to tell my mom.

...How?

Just tell her.

Ask her for help in maintaining good vaginal hygiene and preventing future messes.

if it is period then it probalry spread when don't notice that have started your period and hard to know when will start. best there to ask mom for some stain remove but most time women still use hot or cold water and wash it off before put in the landuary.

When I first told my mom, I made it into something to laugh at. I went to the bathroom, took them off, put clean ones in ((I didn't have a pad, and ended up staining the clean ones)) wrapped a towel around my waist, and walked to the top of the stairs holding the dirty ones. I was like, "HEY MOM!" Lol she did have a good laugh at my ignorance, and it made it easier to tell her.

Just tell her that you think you started ans ask her if she has a pad that you can use. Done be embarrassed because she went through the same thing. If your flow is really heavy then ask her to get you some maxi pads or something. The best thing to do is to tell her thought and not to keep it a secret.

Whats to tell? Its just a heavy flow. Is it your first period? Get some "super" pads.

just tell her you got your period and ask if she has any pads.
It's a girl thing...nothing to be embarrased about.
