I was born on october 23rd also. I say I am a scorpio but I also have traits of a libra. We were born on a cusp. Technically the 23rd is the first day of scorpio, but then in some charts its the last day of libra. The official date that the libra/scorpio cusp starts is October 17th - october23rd. By the book 'Linda Goodmans Sun Signs' you are Libra. Of course being that the cut off date is the 23 of October you would have to have an expert study it to know exactly where the suns were on the 23rd. I can tell you that Linda Goodman does put out good books to study your sign on though.
