The County Clerk should have it on file. you can request a copy from the archive.

Some courts have their records available online and you might be able to download a copy if you know the case number. However, you probably need to contact the court where the divorce was handled and pay for a copy to be made and sent to you.

No there is no "free" copy, but you can request a copy from the courthouse where the divorce occured
