Why does the buffering on my streams keep rebuffering?

Thats a sign that your internet connection is to slow and cant download as fast as its playing, or the server your downloading from is slow......
I have 3mb download speed and have issues sometimes with that....
The way to improve buffering would be to get a faster internet connection......
