I have a lump in my perenium, it doesn't hurt or anything, I felt it in the shower. Sometimes it seems to have shrunk and other times it a bit larger. What could this be? Serious answers only please. (I'm a female in her early 30's.)

it might be a superficial fatty corpuscle, but go to a gynecologyst... he'll get rid of it, and i'm sure they see those cases at least twice a day... if it's something else, he'll know where to send you for help!

visit your GYN ASAP. It could be a skin tag, a herpes sore, a hemorrhoid, an ingrown hair or anything. The only person who would know for sure is a Dr.
