You're pregnant! Menopause doesn't give you positive pregnancy tests. Pregnancy gives you positive pregnancy tests.

You are pregnant! The pregnancy tests now a days are a lot more accurate than the where when you had your son. False positives are virtually non-existent. The only way you can get a positive on a pregnancy test is if the hormone HCG is present. You only produce this hormone while you are pregnant. So your next step: Find yourself a good doctor and celebrate! Congratulations! Take care of that baby!

I am going through the same thing as you right know. But i haven't done a test yet.Your still quite young for menopause although it can happen at any age but its rarer.I think you most probably are pregnant. But i don't know about me, because i have tried for another baby, on and off since my son was 3 yrs old, without success.Hes now 23.But iv had all the signs including sickness and craving but like you say it could just be the menopause starting. In my case any way.GOOD LUCK TO US BOTH.

You are pregnant. The pregnancy test looks for the presence of a hormone produced only during pregnancy called HCG.
Pregnancy tests are specific. Menopause would not cause you to produce HCG. Congratulations and Best Regards!

My mom was your age when she got pregnant with my brother. If it was menopause, your pregnancy tests would not read "positive." I guess it would be quite a surprise, now that you have a nineteen year old, but this was meant to be. Congrats to you!!!!

Having 4 positive pregnancy tests is a pretty good sign that you're pregnant. Furthermore, most women don't hit menopause until their late 40s/early 50s.

I'd say the chances are 99.9% that you're pregnant.

I got pregnant at age 35 after many years of infertility. I, too, thought it was menopause, until I went to the doctor and he kinda smiled and said, "you're NOT gonna believe this, but..."

:)

Fast forward to today: I now have two girls, 27 and 20, and my 10 year old son, who was nicknamed "Surprise!" - LOL... and I'm now 46 and going thru menopause for REAL. :s

Congratulations and BEST OF LUCK! :D

Congratulations, It sounds like you are on the way to mother hood once again. I wish you all the best. I haven't ever heard that menopause can cause false positive.

I think you are pregnant! Those pregnancy tests are amazingly accurate and especially after taking 4! My mother had me at 36...not that surprising you're pregnant too.
