Gather up as much money as u can and get out, when u do stop all comunication w/ everyone for a while, cuase maybe he's getting it from a family member or friend... block your calls *67 then the number u calling, don't accept any unknown numbers and be carefull whom u talk to. Watch yo back, carry a audio recorder and camera for security and protection! Mak esure u let him know ur recording, otherwise it won't be admisable in court and go to court and ask for another domestic violence protection order... say it all honey! If u allready have one... then ask for a hearing to modify it... and when you get called in say it all! And I applaued u from keeping the kids away.... he must of been malicious w/ u ... if yo running like this... and he deserves to be locked up, but it wont happen if you don't push... SO PUSH. YOu have the right to! Good luck momma!

I'm so sorry you have to live like that. Sounds like a FBI thing like the witness protection program. But I'm not sure how it can be done under your circumstances.
I'm thinking this may have to be a private matter. Like it may cost you but I'm sure someone does it. It reminds me of a book I read, "Gone for Good" by Harlen Cobin. In the book this woman buys a new identity. I imagine it can be done.
First I would check with a private investigator as they are pretty savvy about this kind of stuff. Because you'll need a new SS#.
If people buy identities for ill purposes, I'm sure you can do it for your safety as well.
Good Luck

LH there are some truly wicked people in this world isn't there...
I have no solid advice for you, because I have never or know of anyone that has been in your situation.........
I would change yours and the kids ID and get the heck out of there, if you know someone else who is abroad and opposite places to you, i would send my mail via them, so it will be even harder to track you down.........Also the idiot would need an awful lot of money to continue trying to find you if you are abroad...........
Good luck honey I feel for you.........You deserve some happiness in your life and some peace of mind.........XXXxxxxx

Just remember it just a court order it doesn't mean a person has to do it. Now unless you have a judge place a bench warrant for his arrest then you might be in luck, but other than that a person can ignore a court order all he wants.

Then surely he should go to court.... Won't the police charge him with something? Ask them! Also see a solicitor. A lot will give you a free hour. CAB are good too.

sorry people are giving you incorrect info if the court ordered it you have to follow it you can have him held in contempt of court but you have to go back to the court and let them know he is not following the order

Press charges. He's defying a court order, and stalking as well.
