TRUE homophobia? Yes, true homophobia is just as bad as any other form of discrimination based on something that people can't change. However, simply deeming homosexuality as immoral, or opposing the gay right to marriage, is not homophobia, and therefore is not the same as being a racist, a chauvinist, and wait a minute, what did you say? Bashing communism? There's nothing wrong with bashing communism you dolt! I have the right to disagree with a person based upon their political philosophy! What, are you against freedom of speech and political disagreement now? Wow, I should have read the question more carefully before answering.

I don't think communism has worried folks (at least in the United States) since the collapse of the Soviet Union and unofficial adoption of capitalism by China.
The bogeyman which has replaced communism is Islam/Muslims. Anymore, it seems as if those terms are code words for terrorism (and vice versa).
But yes, homophobia is irrational and often stirs up bigoted reactions, sometimes leading to violence.

Sure it is. The whole communism thing is not much of an issue nowadays. Anything that involves the degredation of a group of people is uncalled for and should not have a place in any part of society. I don't fear homosexuals. I don't understand homosexuality being heterosexual myself. I don't want to understand homosexuality. If someone is homosexual then that is there business. If homosexual couples want to get married then they should be allowed to do so.

Nonsense. I in basic terms agree on one factor - "opposite" sexism, and so on., is BS. there is not any "opposite" approximately it - discriminating against somebody because of the fact of which "team" they belong to is faulty. it extremely is the two racist (or sexist, and so on.) to make great assumptions approximately whites, blacks, women, men, gays, straights, and so on. Why do people see issues in such black and white words? in basic terms when you consider which you're a member of an oppressed team, it does not supply you carte blanche to accomplish a little oppressing your self. in basic terms with the aid of having dignity and exhibiting classification can we improve a lifeless ringer for women, as an occasion, or blacks, or gays, or despite. meaning no longer being extremely sexist or racist and then whining which you're oppressed your self, so it does not "count style".

Yeah, it is... but I think that for a while there the communists were actually trying to do us in, while I have never felt that way about the other groups.
