Yes, when they look like belts. If you had a wife and she wore a mini skirt that others thought was too short I think you'd have something to say about it too. I've nothing against mini skirts, I have a few (I'm a dom) but when it makes a girl look like a sl@g with just a belt and underwear and they're not even good looking then that's when a mini's too short. Otherwise keep it for the bedroom.

There are mini-skirts and there are mini-skirts.
A regular mini-skirt on an average woman is just that.
A petite mini-skirt on a petite woman is also just a mini-skirt.
However, a regular mini-skirt to a petite woman becomes a regular length skirt.
And a petite mini-skirt to a regular woman becomes a MICRO-skirt.
So the answer to your question is a definite YES.

I took my teenage daughter with me to Greece a few years ago. We went out in the evening of the first night-myself, daughter and her friend.My daughter had brought a very short skirt with her and wore it this night. I disapproved of it but we went out anyway. I walked behind them on the way to the restaurant. It wasn't pleasant seeing the men undressing her with their eyes as we walked. Maybe you will have a daughter one day and your views may change.

I personally think, yes they can! I have long legs and have found that some mini skirts just weren't long enough to cover what needs covering!

Well, once you the belly button of the person wearing it, then too short!
I think there is a limit to how short, they become unattractive otherwise

I get embarrased just thinking about mini-skirts. Especially if I imagine that it is windy, as well!

I think it depends on the woman who is wearing the skirt but I know where you are coming from the shorter the skirt the less effort to lift it ;-)

I think they can show too much skin but that's comming from a girl's point of view! Guys and girls have different perspectives on this.
