Hot Air rises up. Just like the Hot air turbines on the roof that turn because it is hot air turning it and removing hot air. Devise a equipment that will use that air that is rising up. Maybe using belts and pulleys the revolving turbine can power a large attic fan cooling the hottest area of the house or hook it up to a generator supplying light to darkest room of the house. You save on electricity, you save money.

Hospitals have been doing exactly that for quite some time now...
If you go to the hospital with an asthma attack, they will lead you over to a mouth piece that is sticking out of the wall... this mouthpiece is connected to an oxygen tank... nothing more...
Then you will get a nice little bill in the mail a few weeks later for this "miracle cure" that you recieved.
