my computer> highlight your drive and in the lower left hand corner it will tell you. Or rightclick the drive and click properties

Click "Start" then click "All Programs" then click "Accessories" and then click "Windows Explorer". In the view to the left make sure "My Computer" is selected. Then in the view to the right you will see a section that says "Hard Disk Drives"...these are your harddrives (you most likely are looking for the drive labeled "C").

All you have to do is right click the drive in question and select "Properties". That brings up a window that shows you how much space is left as well as some other information.

Go to the hard drive C: in your PC,and click on the right click of the mouse,than on PROPRETIES..
you'll check the memory left.

click the start button and go to my computer, then right click on your "local disk (C:)" drive which is usually your hard drive and select properties and it should tell you by showing you a pie graph pink is free space and blue is used space

open up 'my computer' - right click on a drive (hard drive is usually 'C') select 'properties' - it will display a pie chart of your memory.

PC: hit start, programs, accesories, system tools, hit disk defragmenter; it will show you drive C and how many gigabytes are used and what percentage of used space you have

I don't know for a mac

Presuming you have windows:
Right click on the START button, go to EXPLORE.
High lite your main drive (usually C:), right click it and choose PROPERTIES.
A pie diagram will show what's consumed and free.

Go to my computer from start.


That's it. It shows it, look at the tab at the top, it says total size, and free space.
