I'm going to Guilford College, so you might have to look at majors/concentrations at their website in order to give a proper answer.

I was thinking about doing a second major in German. Would that be a good idea? Should I pick something more worthwhile, so to speak?

I would actually advise against a closely related concentration but instead suggest going for breadth. A language training is always a good idea so sure, German would be fine. But since the Guilford Psych degree tends to be a more social rather than biological one go for something from the hard sciences. Integrated science actually looks pretty good to me.
Good luck.

I would pick Human Services. If you already are interested in Psych, that means you have an interest in helping people, and that's what Human Services is all about. ( HELPING OTHERS)
You could be a psycholigist at a Human Service facility, like a drug rehab or detox, nursing home, work for DSS. If you have a degree and work in Human Services, from what I hear you move up the ranks very quickly. Have a good day.

Languages are never a bad idea. But u gotta figure out what u want to do.
I would say economics, sociology, or communication, or business administration have some natural partners thinking about job potential and keeping options open.

in fact college will coach you each and every thing you are able to desire to nicely known. even in spite of the shown fact that it in no way hurts to be arranged. interest layout includes countless factors and discovering, or a minimum of reviewing the c application language could be a great initiate because it is the inspiration of maximum video games. when you study somewhat c application language, you may in basic terms tinker with it and get used to the writing and coping with of it, and making your guy or woman undemanding classes.

I'd look into taking classes in special education because being mentally ill can retard a person's intellectual development.
