Ramp it up, if your supervisor isn't fixing it, then take it to their supervisor. Follow the chain of command, but go to the next level when you don't get results

Go above your supervisors head! There has to be a manager higher up or a corporate office you can talk to. If not look for another job!

That environment will becomes very hostile and unsafe gradually. I would start looking for another job while I have one. (make sure is a better one before you accept the new job)
