Unfortunately your TV's tuner is not very useful for satellite reception.

If you have an SD box, connect the box to the TV via S-Video and to get HD, connect an off-the-air antenna to your TV's tuner.

If you have an HD box, connect the box to the TV via HDMI or component cables. The HD box has also a TV input, so you can connect your antenna there as well and use it for local channels.
