I know the sperm die, but does the body have an immnune system response? Like do macrophages(white blood cells) eat the foreign cells as if it were a diseases cell or a pathogen? Where do they go?

some women DO have antibodies to antigens on the surface of sperm cells. it contributes to one type of infertility for some couples. in this situation, the sample is taken to a blood bank where the sperm is "washed" in a solution, and then used to fertilize the mom.

They die and are flushed out of the famale body the same way menstral blood leaves the system.

and sperms will die.

the body does not shows any immune response towards unfertilised sperms.they degenarate by themselves due to lack of nutrition which is not available in uterus.
