Julie, just read your question and think about it... Are you able to make out anything from the information you provided? "Not able to login" Be specific.... What is your internet service provider? what are you trying to do (its obvious that you are trying to connect to internet but then where did you post this question from), where are you entering your username and password? I think you should call your ISP's Tech support, they are the best people to answer your question.... all the best.....

You are having a Dialup.
You have logged in.
Connected to your ISP.
Opened IE Browser.
1.Cannot open any web Pages. or
2.Cannot connect to your ISP.
3 Get an error message
1 is related to 2 .
Solution :
Start/All programs/Accessories/Communications/
NewConnection Wizard. Make a New Connection and try.
OR
if you are having a net work connection
try network connection wizard
OR
Start/Control Panel/Network connections/Repair.
OR
Edit your question if problem not solved !
