I like Harlan, but I am not so sure about Rythym. Short names are easier for children to spell when they get to preschool. If you are thinking of rhythm as in music the spelling is incorrect.
If I were to use Harlan I would use the middle name of Lee. So, my choice would be Harlan Lee.

Harlan is an okay name, but Rythym as a middle name? That kid is going to be made fun of to NO end when he's in grade school!

I honestly think that child if named that could get knocked a few if they aren't talented in either dancing or music- the first part harlan- is very original and I think is a great Idea but I wouldn't pair it with rythym.
Good Luck! Happy Name Choosing!

I like Harlan, But I personally have issues with words being used as names. Keep Harlan, look for another middle name

Harlan Ellison- SciFi writer "I have no mouth and I must scream"-- very cool read!

Well, if you like unique, why not? It's like nothing I've ever heard before but that might not be bad. No matter what, not everyone will like the name you pick out for your baby, now or 20 years from now.
