Lupin tubers or bulbs..a couple of inches in your garden bed or in 10"pots. A lovely flower the lupin is.

Do you mean lupine seedlings? I thought they were seeds, not tubers.

normally about half or a whole inch into the ground.
if they are bulbs,then 2-3 inches into the dirt.
