How can she get that to him without getting me involved? The Sherrif was supposed to deliver it three days ago, but never did, and he's still stalking her. any suggestions out there??

she needs to call the court, and they will give her a list of people in her area that will serve it. It costs about $25.00 for the person to serve it. I believe they make 2 attempts.

It is not valid if she serves it anyway. She should not get involved. In Arizona a restraining order has to be served by a police officer or it is not valid, I am sure it is pretty much the same everywhere. Go back to see the county sheriff.

If the sheriff is not serving process, then she should hire a process server. I believe that the average rate is around $25 to $50/service.

She should not involve you in that. She needs to call the Sheriff's office and demand an explanation, and then ask them to deliver it! She should keep calling the police until they do something about it. Do no get involved!

Call the police and ask for back up. They are supposed to be sworn to protect.

you can always go to the local police station and request an officer go with you

contact the sheriff department its there job that's what they get payed for ,or get a male friend to do it

Well, this will suck but if you know where he works (and if the work place is public or near-public) then take it there.
