This hasn't happened to me but it all sounds pretty normal. In your first trimester, nausea can come and go so don't feel scared about that. Your stomach is going to get "hard" because your uterus is growing to accommodate the baby, even now. You may not be hungry as a side affect of the first trimester nausea even though you don't feel sick. I didn't eat that much in my first trimester and I'm eight months pregnant now! As for the lower back pain, you may have started walking differently or maybe because your body is changing it's putting strain on your body! Then lastly your cramping. Your uterus is located on the left side of your stomach and that is where all of the major changes are taking place so you may feel cramping. It also may be because your body is used to starting your monthly cycle which sounds like it would be around now and is realizing that it can't. Most of these problems should get better soon. If your concerns are really bothering you or you feel that something could be wrong go to see a doctor. Usually a doctor will schedule your first visit around 2 months if you called, but tell them you have a few concerns or questions, they can't turn you away!!!

It's slightly too early to feel morning sickness, but that could just be that you miscalculated your due date.

Anyway, the rest is pretty normal. If you've confirmed your pregnancy with a HPT, I suggest making an appointment with an OB/GYN to get your first sonogram and get all of your questions answered.

For the morning sickness, try some ginger ale, salt crackers, and eating smaller meals. You never want to be full OR hungry.

Good luck! Take your prenatal vitamins and drink your water!

I'd go to the doctor, just because worst case scenario is you have an ectopic pregnancy (the not being hungry and off-side cramping is symptomatic). Especially if the pain gets worse on one side, or you notice and bleeding, or really anything out of the ordinary, go get it checked. It's probably nothing though, just the beginnings of the joys of being pregnant, lol!

Morning sickness can come and go and so can breast tenderness. A tugging pain or cramping in your side is also normal, its the uterus growing and your muscles stretching to hold it. Back pain is also fairly normal. However if its bothering you, you should ask a doctor.

I would get it checked out. The baby may be in the wrong spot or position or even worse if your not hungry. Your body may just be adapting to the baby growning inside of it. It may be too early to be hungry but I would...Go to the doctor!

I'm a guy and I'm 13....but the best advice is to ask a doctor. It could be dangerous. As for being nauseous, that's normal but the rest I'm not too sure. Hope you are fine.

that is normal. morning sickness can last through the whole pregnancy...just a bit of it...or you may never get it at all. every woman is different. dont worry, you are fine. if you are really scared asked your ob/gyn.
