Tough things to find . I know for a fact there is nothing in Flagstaff. You may find certain items country phyllo dough, feta cheese, olives , jars of grape leaves etc in Middle Eastern grocery stores. You may also want to call the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral 1973 E. Maryland Ave Phoenix AZ 85016 phone # 1-602-264 -7863 and explain your problem and see what they have for sources.
When I lived in the area I used to fly into NYC about 5 times a year and I would always stop by Titan Foods on 31st in Astoria and fill a cooler with Arahova Feta and both Kalamata and Velou olives along w/ other hard to find goodies. I almost never ran out

When i lived in Indiana and wanted some Jewish food I was able to order thru Amazon.com, try them.
Shippment came from NY grocer, fast and reasonable.
