center around sex and sex jokes? It may be humerous but it's also crude. Have they run out of ideas after all these years? It's like sitcoms arent worth watching anymore because theyre so filthy.

That is so true..It makes it really hard to sit down with the kids and watch anything anymore..I think that is why the reality shows like Survivor and American Idol are so popular now. It is usually safe to watch them and not have to explain things to the kids...

You're right about them running out of ideas. Think about it, television has been around for over 50 years. How many more show plots can they come up with? I do agree that the crude humor is getting really old. Creators really need to get more creative. Despite what they might say, people do want to watch something that isn't related to sex. Just look at Ellen. She uses clean humor and her ratings and popularity are through the roof! Just once, I would like to see a show come out that doesn't center around sex; something completely different. They just keep coming out with the same old washed up plots that have been done a million times.

Easy because it generates ratings and generates ad revenue.
TV networks aren't the moral police they are big business.
If the show doesn't get the ratings it's gone. If it gets ratings it's a keeper. Two words for you...Parental Control...
