I think it all depends on the situation and why the cheating occurred. Maybe someone cheated in the hopes they would be caught because what easier way is there to end a relationship? Or maybe the person who cheated has been trying endlessly to get their spouse to work with them on their relationship, but to no avail, and they have found someone who makes them feel loved. I think it can just happen, sometimes people truly have a lapse in judgement. Does one think of the consequences when it was happening? Somewhat, but it doesn't feel wrong while it's happening.

If I chose to cheat and be unfaithful yes i would be ready to accept the consequences for what i had done . This is what you do when you are an adult. If you do wrong be prepared to face up to what you have done. Cheating does not just happen... You choose to cheat or to be faithful... Life is all about choices and we choose to either make the right or wrong decisions in life daily. No one can make you cheat or be unfaithful.
I would never cheat on my husband as i love him so much that i would not want to hurt him this way. When you really love someone you will not even want to cheat.

I would never cheat on someone, even if I knew the relationship would end. If I am really tempted to be with someone else, I would break the relationship off. That is the responsible thing to do.

No I would not cheat even if I believe a realationsip I am in would end. You shouldn't start something new(even a one night stand) when you haven't end the one your in.To cheat no matter what the situation it only hurts the one your with and to do so shows no respect for yourself or the other person.

I don't know. I've never cheated. If I didn't mind throwing away what I have for sure to get something I might not like then what's the use? The grass isn't always greener on the other side!

Don't cheat! When you cheat, it hurts you worse than the one you cheated on....you have to live with YOU! If you cheapen yourself to cheat, that's not easy to forgive yourself for!

No, be man or woman enough to say that it is over. Then go searching. If this person really isn't in your heart, then you need to let the person know so you both can form healthy relationships.....
