Make up stuff that you could have done at school - e.g. prefect, house captain, captain of a sports team or any kind of club, peer support leader/buddy/mentor to younger students, librarian. But then don't name a teacher as your referee just in case these things are checked.

If you've participated in any activites outside of school such as Boy Scouts, tell them you were leader of the pack! Likewise you could have been captain of a sports team which was not school-related. Do you attend church? Say that you were a leader of a youth group, or that you have organized chuch camps, but again, don't name the priest/vicar/whatever as a reference.

I wouldn't lie in relation to previous jobs you've had, as this information will most certainly be checked. But, there could have been positions of responsibility that you've held within these, even if it was not formally titled as such. For example, have you ever trained a colleague on anything, even if it's washing the floor of the corner shop? This is responsibility - your employers trusted you enough to put you in charge of a newbie. Think carefully about this bit - there could be lots of things that you've done that are relevant, and if so, beef them up a bit and make them sound more important they really were.

Dear boy, you are too young to take any responsibility now. Complete your studies first. You should be at least 20 to start taking responsibility. Do not try to jump to upper floors in one go. Go step by step. It is safe for you, and simultaneously you can check each step.

If you're going to lie about your experience, you're not going to get the job, employers aren't stupid. I hope someone with a few more scruples gets the post.
