Evolution isn't a scientific fact. It's a theory. No one says otherwise.
Except creationists, who resort to flashy tricks to try to support their theory, instead of scientific research.

This sounds like a "no win" situation for anyone who has put their faith in science and believes evolution is true... they'll never get the money because evolution is a fallacy, a myth. When you really think it through, it makes no sense.

You can't win. He set his criteria so high that it would take at least 10,000 years. Besides, he has no assets left to pay (except possible offshore bank accounts). He has received massive fines and jail time for tax evasion. He is a known fraud.
