yeah,it came from truly believing in someone,truly being in love,and not accepting the reality of it all.being in denial is one of the things that can destroy you because it takes a huge toll before you wrap your mind around the reality then you can make the changes. running from the truth ,because it hurts ..,but once your mind has time to deal with it all and it is a step by step process ,and healing with time for some,for others they just get stuck there.those are the ones that really need to take the time to deal with it no matter how bad it hurts or they risk break down. i didn't know who to trust or listen too, what to do where to go ..it was the hardest time of my life but now im soooooo much stronger for it all ...

yh im sure its normal, but i dont think i realy recognise myself i could be stressed as ive just been dumped and now had a dream about somebody else n realised i dnt love the lad that dumped me been hung on another lad too im only 11 so my c da skool nurse or sumthin!!! most ov u have been this age b4!? any ideas xxx cheers
