This question sounds preverted I hope this really is a young girl trying to find some answers man. If its not then this perv needs a better hobby, life, a job maybe?

Anyway hun try taking a hot shower first then inserting it in bed on your back, knees bent, and breath through it. And I think they have a junior line of tampons. If not get the ones with a smooth applicator like Silk Glide.

Just relax go to the chemisit and find the smaller sized tampons made for younger girls, if your not too embarressed ask one of the lady's in the chemist on the best way to use them, just say can i talk to you in private , they'll be more than happy to help. If it's too uncomfortable just use the slimline comfortable pads. And don't stress over it, a lot of older girls wear pads aswell each girl's different some find that more comfortable.

I think the nurse is right - you may just be too young. Tampons are made to be big enough for grown women who have had children - they are quite big!
I have seen some by playtex for teens. I found a website that may help answer your question. I googled teen tampons.

Try getting yourself in the crouching position. If you really cannot do it then wait until you are a bit older, but the slim tampons should be fine.

Try using the slender tampons. relax when u start to insert it. If u tense up it is harder to get it to go in. If u have to use KY lubricant.

My daughters can't wear them either, they are ages 17 and 19. You could try the slender size ones. After you are married, then you can wear them.

I agree that it could be a painful process. Please don't be offended. I am a specialist. It should not be painful if done right. Find the right spot. Its the same from where you do intercourse or masturbation.
