That's a tough one. I've never really found anything that works. Honestly, the only thing I've ever been able to do is just ride it out.
I think if you go to sleep though, you'll metabolize the alcohol slower. So try to stay awake. And aside from that, every hour or so I try to sip some juice and eat a little bit of dry cereal or crackers. If it stays down, you're on the road to recovery :)

When I was in the service (USCG) our corpsmen gave me the following:
1 8oz glass FLAT ginger ale
2-3 ibuprophen or aspirin tablets (for the pain caused by swollen blood vessels)
3-4 ACTIVATED charcoal tablets (found in the pharmacy-they are made to be taken internally-for the toxins left behind by the alcohol)
Worked like a charm for me and always made muster!

well i dont know how to get rid of it once you have it but i i know it is due to u being dehydrated so if you drink water as well as alcohol when you are drinking you shouldn't get a hangover as long as u drink enough water.

Orang juice sips of water lemon juice then coffee next day replace your vitamins fry ups or cheese in the morning (if morning) replace all water body displaced

I sleep,take a resolve,eat lots of orange icelollies and get more sleep,then when i can stand up without seeing stars go for a nice bath and just relax.

a large glass of voidka/absinthe/gin followed by a few beers, curl up on the sofa and watch a movie of your choice, you`ll probably find you fall into a very peacfull sleep and wake up feeling great, then eat something when you feel like it.
