It's due to stress!
Stop doing so much exercise and do something you enjoy for a few days and it'll come on.
If it still doesn't come on, time to see a doctor. xoxo

Stress and excessive exercise? No wonder you're not getting your period! The whole reason you have your period is to clean out your uterus to make room for a baby. If you are stressed, your body will stop this process because it equates stress as not being the right conditions for a baby to grow. As for the cramps and sore breasts, that's probably a result of the rest of your hormones going bananas. Take it easy and Aunt Flo will return.

You said you're not pregnant, but are you really sure? Take a pregnancy test if it's really bothering you.

Otherwise, I miss a period now and then. If it's not happening on a regular basis, the occasional missed period is nothing to worry about. If you're totally irregular though, you can see a doctor. Some birth control pills might help regulate your cycle.
