my ipod video (30g )is frozen with the do not disconnect screen, it's not flashing as it usually does when it's being updated. it's not on disk mode. i've tried the 5r , i've tried on another computer, another usb cord, my windows see it but itunes said it.s corrupted and need to restore but when i try itunes said that the files ipod is not found.
i don't what else to do, i want to make sure i've tried everything before sending it to apple($$$$)

i have had the same situation b4...

let your ipod ran out of battery then charge it fully again then connect to your itunes and c if it works or if that doesnt work go to best buy or something and c if they can help

Reset it. Hold the circle center button, and the menu button together for a few seconds. An Apple logo will appear, and it will be normal again.

Press the circle button along with the play/pause button at the same time.
