Brilliant things! I bought a pair on Oz, but also bought another pair when I was at a country fair, so they are out there. I have also seen them in catalogues, the sort of outdoor pursuity type ones. Alternatively do a search on ebay! Think they are just called zip off trousers.....

I call them zip-off trousers. Try travel shops like millets, blacks etc or travel websites. I love these - 2 items of clothing for the price of one!

Get a pair of scissors and reduce the trousers precisely on the legnth you require. Be pretty careful to make the legs equivalent, except you're creating a planned style statement.

I'm not sur what they are called but you used to be able to get them anywhere. Nowadays you see them more and more in second hand shops...not as popular as they used to be. Also try your nearest Wal-Mart...they used to carry cheap versions of those pant-shorts you are looking for. Good luck on your search!
