it has been about 2 months since i last had sex. im starting to feel dizzy, have unnormal cramps all the time, and there has been an increase in my appitite. Is there a possibility that i could still be pregnant, even though i already had my period twice?

You can bleed and be pregnant, but not have your period, as a period is the disposal of the unused egg and uterun lining. If the egg and lining was disposed of while pregnant then that would be a miscarriage. Most of the time though, if you had what appeared to be a normal period right when it was due, you aren't pregnant. The bleeding that can go on is usually much different. I bled on and off my whole pregnany due to placenta previa. Any bleeding while pregnant should be reported to your OB as it could indicate a problem.

Well, no, you can't get your period once you're pregnant — once your body starts producing the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and your pregnancy is established, your menstrual cycle is interrupted and normal periods stop. But you may have bleeding or spotting during pregnancy that can seem like a period.

Some pregnant women have what's called "implantation bleeding" that can happen around the time their period is due, and they may mistake that bleeding for a period.

This spotting may be caused by the fertilized egg burrowing into the blood-rich lining of the uterus, a process that starts just 6 days after fertilization, and it's generally a lot lighter than a typical period — just a day or two of very light spotting.

Same things I'm going thru. Exact same thing. It is possible. Everyone thinks its in my head but I keep thinking it's not, although I know it may actualy be, but I also have other symptoms and I'm really confused, really! Try taking a test, sometimes you may get a wrong result so best is to go to the dr, by 2 months a blood test would be highly correct.

Nope, the period is the time when the uterus sheds its lining because the egg wasn't fertilized. The egg in you was fertilized, meaning that the lining of nutrients can be used by the embryo.

Its rare and not likely.

Its more likely that something else is the cause. PMS can actually cause all those things, and you can get new symptoms at any time.
