Unsure what your asking but if you want to know how many times its been turned on since you bought it I don't think so.
There is software available that tells you how many hours of use your PC has...

Erm, yes, but to my knowledge most OS platforms don't log that information natively. If you're afraid people are snooping on your machine while your back is turned though, it would be simple though to have someone write a small program to run at startup that checks a value stored in a hidden file then adds 1 to the number of startups and a timestamp.

Edit: The above poster's method is probably much easier as long as they don't know how to alter the event logs. (then my suggestion is relient on them not noticing an extra command line)

Do you mean if it's been turned on since you turned it off, or how many times you have turned it on since you have had it?

If you want to check recently, see the event viewer in the control panel, you can see when services get started, therefore when windows has been loaded (or restarted)
