No way!! It's impossible that there could be so much water in one place. If th sun evaporated all the water in the whole world, yeah maybe. But the sun can't do that, so it can't snow 1000 feet. Plus, it has to be cold enough.
Unless you mean could there BE 1000 feet of snow in one place. Then yes. In the polar regions, there are areas with 1000 feet of snow. 1000 feet of snow could pile up over time, but definitely not all at once... according to science.
But I suppose if you weren't talking about just Earth, and you were talking about some other planet in another galaxy, then it's possible. Only, I can't give you a direct answer because I can't fly that far. I've never even been to space. I havent even finished jr high!
Maybe if pluto had an atmosphere and weather and all it could snow 1000 feet. but maybe not because there's barely any sunlight....

Over a long enough time, yes. However there are few, if any, places on Earth where there's 1000 feet of snow and ice all piled on top of each other all at the same time. Certain glaciers in Antarctica might be that thick, but I don't know.

The world record for snowfall in a year (that's an accumulated total -- not on the ground at one time) is just over 1200 INCHES. Happened twice up here in the Northwest (Mt Rainier in 1972 and Mt Baker a couple years ago). That's the world record. You're suggesting a snowfall 10 times that. Sheesh!
Over many years, yes. (In fact, parts of Antarctica has snow pack thicker than that built up over centuries.) In one year, though, no way.

Yeah, in Hollywood. Artificial snow, of course. On a movie set.

It is possible to snow 1000ft, but it will take some time until that happens. This would usually take place in the mountains, of course.
