The first thing to do is to learn how to phrase sentences so that people will understand you.
Taking a guess at your fragmented, rambling almost incomprehensible question, it appears that you're saying that your science teacher gave you a 'minus 20' which is almost senseless. Numerical grading runs from 0 to 100 and alphabetical grading usually runs 'A', 'B', 'C' (using 'plus' and 'minus' as intermediate grades for those three 'passing' grades - 'F' usually means 'failed.'
If your science skills are on the same level as your other learning skills, I would suggest you put more effort into studying. Teachers aren't 'out to get' students.
Teachers can form better opinions of one student or another but that's usually based on the student's attitude.
A teacher's giving grades isn't based on a student's character, that is a set standard.
A bad attitude or causing problems or talking to other students in class and the other things that some students do can make a teacher more negative towards that student.
I suggest that you think about it and if you remember some things that you did in the past that could have caused that teacher to pay attention to you negatively, wait until after class and talk to her, apologizing and promising to improve.
You'd be surprised at how that can make a difference and it will also make you a better person.

You might just be exaggerating a little because I seriously doubt she is truly 84 years old to begin with! So calm down first of all...
Now after you calm down and really look at the situation, what have you tried? Have you asked to talk in private to the teacher to ask what YOU might do to fix the problem? Have you turned in any extra credit work she might accept? Or do you just do the bare minimum work and sit there being mad? You have to make a good effort yourself first.
Then if you have tried everything you can think to do and given it your best effort, I would make an appointment with your counselor to discuss the problem. Sometimes a good counselor can be a great mediator for these kinds of situations. At a mimimum, they will be able to give you some sound advice on how to handle things from that point.
Good luck and I commend you for wanting to have better grades at least! That is part of getting where you want to get!

You need to tell your parents and have them schedule a confrence with teh teacher and you. Maybe the three of you can figure out what is going on. If issues continue then contact the school principal and work your way up the ladder to the superintendent and school board.

Talk with the teacher about it. If that doesn't work, talk to the principal. If that doesn't work, talk to the superintendent.
As a college professor, I absolutely HATE it when a student who is doing poorly in my class whines that he or she gets all A's in all their other classes. All that tells me is that he/she isn't trying hard enough in my class or that the other professors are way too easy on him/her. The grades you get in other classes have no bearing on the grade you will earn in my class (note that I said "you will earn" as opposed to "I will give you"). (In case you're curious, plenty of my students get As every semester.)

nicely, "In living color" went on the air in, what, 1989? And Chris Rock, Martin Lawrence, Dave Chapelle, and so on. have been effective comedians for a notably long term now too, precise? ...yeah. i've got in no way heard all and sundry make a shaggy dog tale with regard to the holocaust that wasn't antisemetic in nature, in spite of the shown fact that.

Think you need to look at other factors. Something that would change her habits and/or personality. Teachers don't usually change their treatment of students on a whim.
