Simple! Just ask the Human Resources (Personnel) Manager of the Company to supply you with all the company materials on:
Profit/Loss
Pension and 401K plans
Products
Health Plans .. including Dental etc.
Press Releases, etc.

If it is the Gillette Company I am familiar with you also go to your library and check out Standard & Poors.

It is the responsibility of the Personnel Manager to supply you with all these support materials when they extend you an offer.
