My boiler fan seized. Tried WD40, but no good.?

Any ideas?

If you get it loose with WD40 then you want to get a heavier non-detergent oil in there to oil it. Can you take it apart to grease the shaft. Also if it uses capacitors, you need to determine if the start capacitor is good. If you can get your hands on the blades try turning it and working it back and forth until it frees up.
