Coffee and tea can be removed by rubbing the stain with liquid laundry detergent and washing the fabric in the hottest temperature the it can stand. If the stain remains, repeat, but don’t dry the fabric until the stain is gone!

Try Oxyclean added to your wash. If it doesn't completely do the job. Make a solution, 1 part Oxyclean, 4 parts water, apply to the stain, let stand (brush if the material will stand it) then rewash.
Oxyclean is a comercial laundry additive, I was skeptical at first but it removed heavy black jet fuel stains from my jacket when nothing else made a dent. Good luck!

One time I got a whole lot of fruit punch on a cream colored sweater and it was in it overnight. I got the stain out by soaking it in water with a lot of Oxy Clean. It took a couple days of soaking and making a fresh mixture for it to saok in each day, but it came out.

No don't use ajax. what you could do is damp that area with bleach aplly it with a white rag. don't pour bleach straight on the sweater it'll discolor it it'll turn yellow. You could also soak it bleach water for awhile that'll work too. I have much experience in that.
