I think the Angles will probably win the AL West division. They have a better rotation and lineup. With Vlad, Howie Kendrick, Chone Figgins, Juan Rivera, and Orlando Cabrera on the field and in the lineup, I don’t think much can go wrong. They also have the better pitching. K-Rod is the best closer next to Nathan and Scot Shields is one of the best setup men in the league. They have a good rotation that includes, John Lackey, Kelvim Escobar, Ervin Santana and Jered Weaver. And when Bartolo Colon is back on his feet expect this team to be very deadly.

I think the Angels will win. When you have a rotation of Lackey, Weaver, Santana, Escobar you have a great chance. Throw in Colon - at the back end of a rotation - and you could have the best 5 in baseball. The bullpen will have Spier, Shields, Oliver, and Carrasco to give it to arguably the best closer in baseball - K-Rod. There pitching will be outstanding.

Also the offense will be decent with Matthews, Cabrera, Guerrero, Hillenbrand, Kendrick, etc... Once Rivera comes back then it will even be better.

While the A's have a lot of good players to, I think with all these players on the Angels, they have what it takes to win the division.

the a's will win. the rotation is set zito was important but how many times before have they replaced superstars? they will do it again. plus crosby is getting healthy and i think this is hardens year to challenge johan for the cy young. i know its just preseason but 18 k's in 8 2/3 innings is pretty impressive. street will bounce back, they have a good bullpen, and they are looking to play more small ball and distibute some runs, something that has cost them wins in the past. a's will win by 4 games.

The A's are still the better team.Harden will do well as the A's ace and their hitting will step it up.It will be a close race but the A's will win it by about 5 games.

The Angels might give the A's a run, but they won't win it I don't think. Of course discount the M's and Rangers, as usual.
