Yes, I think he is the best one. Not All-Time but definitely the best in today’s game. He had a breakout season last year and I bet we can expect that again this year. He produces very good numbers each year and not much goes wrong when he plays. But, the rising Robinson Cano may beat him to the punch. Cano is also a strong player and young. Utley’s prized title as best 2B will be soon taken over by Cano.

I would say yes, he is the best 2B in the National League and probably in baseball. Robinson Cano is the best 2B in the American League. I might give Utley the edge because of his ability to drive in runs. Cano is a great hitter but is surrounded by an awesome lineup. His job is to set the table and let everyone else drive in the runs.

Let's just say no one comes close to either right now in the majors.

I think he is one of the best clutch 2B so far in his career but I don't think he is all that good, he has the potential to continue to be better so I will he say I think that right now he is the best all-around second baseman in the game right now... yes, even better than Robinson Cano, Jeff Kent and many other second basemens right now.... Kent is passed his prime but still good... Cano, is starting his prime and Chase Utley is the midst of his so, that is why I think he is a better all-around second baseman.

It's a tie for me bettween Jose' Valentin and Chase Utley cause their both power hitter and can drive in a lot of runs so I would have to say it's a tie.
