I feel for ya. I think in your situation, just leave and leave her mess behind you. Try to make the divorce quick, you may lose everything but at least you are done with the whole drama. If you put up a fight, it will only be worse for you with allot of money going to an attorney. good luck!! Its not fair, I know. But that is the way the world works.

this sounds very messed up....but i can say this just do your own thing since she is. it doesnt make things right but it will give her a taste of her own medicine. let her get as drunk as she wants but when she gets home make sure your out. let her destroy whatever she wants. casue it hurts a woman more to be ignored. dont fight with her about what shes doing or even ask her questions. i know it may be hard but if shes lying to you anyways, what difference does it make? bur dont give her the satisfaction and dont leave. just keep your best stuff in your car or at someone elses house. she cant make you leave as well as she cant make you. its a civil dispute.good luck

(Next time use spell check ) Call a family meeting and confront everyone in a neutral setting like over dinner this way the situation wont escalate to the cops being called then try to come to an agreement ,perhaps selling the house and splitting the proceeds she may go for it ,it can help with her tuition.

Oh ,you poor thing...Something like this happened to my husband sometime ago.I met him when he left everything:kids, house, everything he worked for 13 years in marriage.Because she cheated on him with his friend and she asked for divorce. She got house and kids. And i got my wonderful husband. The guy dumped her and she still alone. After we got our baby, she dare to call and ask him to come back...Get the divorce and don't worry,God is fair, one day you will be happy....But..try to get half of your house,if it's possible.I don't know your rules and situation, just wish you good luck!

If they own the house you have to leave, if you own the house, you have the right to get rid of them. See a lawyer.
