It depends. What do you find to be appropriately? I have a tradition of cooking cornbeef, cabbage, carrots, and little red potatoes every year on St Patrick's day. I also make a "green" dessert. This years dessert will be an Angel food cake iced with green whipcream, and a layer of Kiwi in the center. It took my kids a whole lot of years to learn to like the cornbeef and cabbage, but now 4 out of 5 kids look forward to it. Happy St. Patrick's day everyone!
