WE need more info, but start with your anti-virus program. Update the files, then run it in safe mode.

All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free.After you install any of them,make sure you update them to get the full affect.

Download any of the virus scans available as soon as possible for time is of the essence.....many are free.....simply pull up free virus scans and then KEEP one on your computer and a spam killer could not hurt either!

I have yahoo on line protection, and that usuallly gets rid of my virus. and the good part its free. but I had one virus that I couldn't get rid of. and my son and to clear everything and start over I think he rebooted it. good luck. I hope you clear it.

You can try one of the free ones first. Avast is on of the better free ones.
