True. The faster the oscillations of a particle, the hotter it is. As it cools, the oscillations decrease. But even at absolute zero (-273.15 degrees C), particles do not completely stop.

Yes it's true, theoretically, the only point where particles stop moving is at "absolute zero" and there they believe that nothing would actually exist. So until you get to absolute zero, all particles will have kinetic energy, even just the smallest amount.
I don't think they've ever gotten to absolute zero, I think they've gotten close.

This is true because the only state where all motion would stop is at absolute zero, which is unattainable as long as energy exists in the universe.

True. All atoms have some kinetic energy from their motion. We perceive this energy as temperature.

Were an atom to have absolutely no kinetic energy (and therefore no motion), its temperature would be absolute zero. It has been shown that it is impossible to lower the temperature of anything to absolute zero. Therefore, it is impossible that anything should have no kinetic energy, and thus all atoms are in motion.

i think true i remember in 5th grade we were talking about matter and matter can move slow fast.
