I normally lift the front end up and let the wheels hang down and then use a very long extension with a U-joint plug tool.

no lol i got a van, an it hard as hell to get to,the last 2 plug,,,,i found it best to pull the boot off from the in side,.an go that way,, too i found if you go from under , the van an reack up it can be done,, realy their no easy way

My Ford F150 had access holes/panels in the wheel wells.

Either take the inside doghouse off or get them from under vehicle. You will not get the rear ones through wheelwell.

i was going to say,remove the dog house,but i dont think they have them anymore.yea,you could try removing the wheel and the rubber flap and see if you can reach them.
